CHILI LUNCHEON AND AUCTION
Many, many thanks from the Presbyterian Women to everyone who helped make last Sunday's chili luncheon and auction so successful! This includes the people who prepared food for the luncheon, those who worked to set up, serve food, and clean up, those who donated homemade goods to be auctioned, and those who purchased those goods. Special thanks to Wayne Bernardo, Waverley and Ginna Lee, and Bob Grose for making the auction run so smoothly. It was a fun event and raised over $4,000 to support mission projects of the Presbyterian Women. We are truly overwhelmed and blessed by the generosity of our church family!
DISCIPLES TOGETHER NIGHT
Mark Your Calendars - Next Disciples Together Night, Sunday, 11/24, 5:00 PM! - Come for dinner and fellowship, followed by a menu of activities and learning opportunities...
We ask that you give your prayerful consideration to the church’s current year’s financial position. Recognizing the monthly expenses have not increased from prior year, our average expenses continue to exceed our giving by an average of $2,000 per month. It is important that our committees are able to sustain our current ministries as we strive to become good disciples.
SPECIAL THANKSGIVING WORSHIP SERVICES NEXT WEEKEND, 11/24
These will include a special discipleship testimonial from CPC's beloved former pastor, Wayne Bernardo. Please sure to come and join us!
Those who want to get into the Christmas Spirit come join us at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 26th to decorate our sanctuary and Chrismon tree followed by lunch at Grass Rootes. This is always a fun occasion. Everyone welcome.
